  REAgentFinder terms of service: for real estate agents and brokers

  You currently hold a valid and active real estate salesperson’s or real estate brokerage license in the state where the seller’s property has been identified for sale in the seller’s Property Profile.

  You must promptly update REAgentfinder.com of any change in your license status.

  You have complied with all real estate licensing laws and have appropriate and adequate insurance coverage that is required for the listing and sale of property identified in the seller’s Property Profile.

  By registering and using REAgentFinder.com, you have acknowledged that you have obtained your broker’s permission to use the REAgentFinder system if you are required to work for or under a real estate broker agent.

  By using the REAgentFinder.com system, any match resulting in a listing agreement or listing contract between a real estate salesperson and his/her broker or a sales associate holding a broker’s license with the seller of property identified on the seller’s Property Profile as a result of having posted a marketing plan and/or resume results in the successful sale of such property, REAgentFinder.com is entitled to a referral fee as stated elsewhere from the listing broker.

  You agree that if you are a licensed real estate salesperson, property agent or real estate broker that you will not register or represent yourself as a prospective seller even if you do, in fact, have a property to sell.

  You agree that all information you submit through the REAgentFinder.com system included in your resume, marketing plan or e-mails is true, complete and accurate.

  You will not use information provided in a seller’s Property Profile to locate, identify or directly contact a home seller for the purpose of directly circumventing the payment of a referral fee.

  You agree to provide REAgentFinder.com with the anticipated date of sale and sales price upon a buyer’s signing with the seller an Offer to Purchase, Contract for Deed, Purchase & Sale Agreement, or any other legally binding agreement to sell. You will disclose to REAgentFinder the actual date of sale and purchase price of the property identified on the Property Profile within seven days following the sale.

  The referral fee due REAgentFinder.com is $5.00 per each $1,000 of the gross sales price of the successfully closed real estate transaction as noted in your MLS for sold properties or as indicated on the deed, or as noted on the HUD-1 Statement.

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your REAgentFinder.com username and password, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password on REAgentFinder.com.
