REAgentFinder terms of service: for sellers of real estate
You are the legal owner or have the legal capacity to sell the real estate described in the Seller’s Property Profile, and you are 18-years or older and are capable of forming a legally binding contract.
You promise that the information you provide, including your name, legal residence, phone numbers and e-mail address and the address and description of the property to be offered for sale are true and accurate.
You are not a licensed real estate agent, property agent or broker.
You agree to be contacted by REAgentFinder.com via the telephone and/or e-mail address you provide for the purpose of verifying information and your desire to receive, online from REAgentFinder.com, the marketing plans and/or resumes of real estate agents that are affiliated with brokers in or within marketing proximity to the zip code of the property address to be offered for sale.
You understand that REAgentFinder.com does not represent you in the marketing and sale of real estate. You also understand it is a licensed real estate brokerage corporation entitled to receive referral compensation from the broker you choose to hire as a sales associate as a result of being furnished marketing plans and/or resumes by REAgentFinder.com.
You agree that your name, address, and contact information will be provided only to the real estate agents you select to be contacted by through REAgentFinder.com.
You are under no obligation to hire a real estate agent that submits a resume and marketing plan as a result of your submitting a Seller’s Property Profile to REAgentFinder.com and you may choose any property agent to list and offer your real property for sale.
Any real estate broker or sales associate you hire as a result of receiving marketing plans and/or resumes through REAgentFinder.com is of your own choosing and as a result of your own investigation and verification of suitability and qualifications.
You agree to provide REAgentFinder.com the name of any real estate agent and their broker you enter into a listing agreement with as a result of having been provided with a marketing plan and/or resume through REAgentFinder.com. If you enter into a listing agreement with another agent that has responded to you through REAgentFinder.com upon the expiration, termination or cancellation of another listing agreement, you agree to provide the name of that property agent and his/her broker.
You agree to provide REAgentFinder.com with the anticipated date of sale and sales price upon signing with a buyer an Offer to Purchase, Contract for Deed, Purchase & Sale Agreement, or any other legally binding agreement to sell. You agree that you will disclose to REAgentFinder the actual date of sale and purchase price of the property identified on the Property Profile within seven days following the sale.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your REAgentFinder.com username and password, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
